Things Every Relationship Needs If You Want it To Last

Does your relationship have the essential things every relationship needs? It is becoming harder and harder to find a real relationship that is based on more than just sex and temperament these days. Yes, sex is an important factor in a relationship. If you are not sexually attracted to someone then are you really in a good relationship? Here’s the good news! There are other factors that make up a strong relationship other than sex. I like to think there are 5 areas in a relationship.  All 5 of these categories must be strong  in order to have a  real relationship . Each of these factors brings a different view on the relationship and its strength. Keep these in mind when evaluating your current relationship or when you are thinking about relationships in the future. These factors could mean the difference between a short-term fling, and a long term marriage. Personality Compatibility  Personalities should complement each other in a healthy relationship. That doesn’t necessari

Arjen Robben has acknowledged he is slowly nearing the end of his career

Bayern Munich star Arjen Robben has acknowledged he is slowly nearing the end of his career and he is already thinking about life after football. The Netherlands international recently signed a new deal with the Bundesliga champions that will keep him at the Allianz Arena until 2018. He has yet to make a final decision on whether he will keep playing at that point, but the attacker is aware that he is approaching retirement. "I am approaching the end of my career, that is the reality," Robben told Kicker. "More and more, I am starting to look forward to whatever is coming my way after my career. "I am very relaxed, I am not worried too much about what will happen in 2018. I am just focusing on the here and now. "The one thing I know for sure is that I will return to Netherlands after my career, to Groningen. I still have close ties with my boyhood club. I might be able to do something there. "But I want six months away from the game firs

Birmingham City makes a move on the experienced defender John Terry

Former Chelsea captain John Terry has been offered a contract by Championship side Birmingham City. Birmingham manager Harry Redknapp has made an approach to bring the 36-year-old to the second-tier club, even though he thinks the centre-back remains capable of playing at any level. Terry has also been liked with a move to the United States, China and Premier League clubs West Brom and Bournemouth. But Redknapp hopes his "good offer" will be enough to lure Terry to Birmingham, who only avoided relegation to League One on the final day of last season. "I would love to have him at the football club," Redknapp said to talkSPORT. "He is a fantastic captain and great leader. "We have made him a good offer and we have done the best we can. It is up to John now, but we would love him at Birmingham. "He could play for anybody still – he has got a couple of good years in him. "He played for me the other week in Michael Carrick's tes

DO’S AND DON’T WHEN DATING A CO-WORKER

Here are the guidelines to keep in mind should you decide to get involved with that drop-dead gorgeous copywriter in the Creative Department: Be professional.  Part of being in an office relationship is being respectful to the workplace you both come from and of the other people you both work alongside. Don’t let disagreements get in the way of your job, and keep those love spats in check. This even applies to time you spend with co-workers outside of the office. If you have weekly drinks with a group of guys from work, bringing your relationship and its associated issues into that environment can potentially damage your friendships and, as a result, your working relationships. Don’t flaunt your new relationship.  Don’t go sending out emails to everyone about your office romance. While most of your co-workers won’t care, others will feel negatively about your relationship and find it inappropriate. Be discreet and try to get a feel for which co-workers to share your relationship

KNOW WHEN TO SAY I LOVE YOU

When you are sure you mean it . Saying “I love you” just for the sake of it or with ulterior motivations e.g. to get her to have sex with you more easily can expose you and bring you down to the status of a ruthless liar in her eyes—and we all know women will have their ways of getting back at you. If on the other hand, you really mean these words and you are sure that your mind won’t change and you don’t have any secret motivations for doing so, it’s time to express them. When enough time has passed to develop rapport between you.   People many times do the mistake of saying “I love you” too soon in the relationship. If you have just been on a couple of dates and not enough has passed to get really closer with the other person, saying these words will appear rushed and excessive—worst case scenario, your date will think you are nuts or fall in love too soon and easily with any girl you have the hots for (rarely a good sign). You don’t have to wait of course for ever for her to exp

THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAR YOU “CAN’T” BUY

Not all of us are rich enough to have a Rolls Royce automobile parked in our garage… but this stunner of a car isn’t for sale. The Rolls Royce Sweptail isn’t a concept, but rather, it’s tailor-made for one RR patron who wanted a luxury car that was comparable to that of a yacht. Designed with Rolls Royce’s signature styling on the front, you’ll notice a rather large overhang on the back, and a styling that almost resembles the hull of a racing yacht. It even comes with the number 08 on the front and back, giving it more of a racing yacht touch. Despite its large, dominating, extravagant build, the Sweptail only has room for two on the inside. How’s that for lavish? The video above gives a beautiful demonstration of exactly how bespoke the car is. Aside from designing work being done with utmost care, the entire car is built and put together almost by hand, in a move that brings the brand back to making bespoke luxury coachbuilt cars. Rolls Royce has been pretty hush-hush about
